football packages: terms & conditions

Applies to all football packages:

- All requests / bookings must be made in writing to football@biz-london.com
- All requests are strictly subject to availability and price fluctuation.
- Once the package reservation is confirmed, an invoice will be sent requesting pre-payment of the booking by return. Full pre-payment required at time of booking.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed, should a match be cancelled or postponed, the tickets will be valid for the rearranged date unless the club can offer a refund. If a refund is possible, The Biz London Ltd will refund the package cost less a £20.00 per person administration fee.
- Dates and times of matches are subject to change, clients must check the date and time of kick off prior to arrival.
- Dress code for hospitality packages is Smart/ Casual.
- Tickets are generally in the home supporters or neutral section.
- Under no circumstances can clients wear colours of the visiting team as they may be rejected from the stadium.
- Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival may incur a hotel cancellation charge of one night in addition to the cancellation fees for tickets.
- There will be supplement of 5% when paying with credit card. Credit card fee is NOT included in price.
 

Delivery of Match tickets:

- The Biz London will automatically arrange delivery of the match tickets by Royal Mail (Special Delivery) to the client’s hotel. Letter is addressed to hotel’s concierge and is asked to be delivered to the client. Please speak with your concierge or reception if tickets are not handed to you. The Biz London will do it’s best to deliver tickets one day prior to arrival or on the day of arrival. This delivery is included in all prices except outside of London bookings. Delivery in these occasions will be informed when booking is confirmed. Estimated courier service delivery will be £25 per delivery.
- The Biz London MUST be informed at time of booking if client wish to arrange delivery otherwise.
- If You have booked tickets only, You need to provide full address of the hotel including post code and telephone number. Possible hotel’s reservations number is much appreciated. The Biz [london] Ltd. will not take responsibility of incorrect address given or if there are difficulties to locate your bedroom reservation.
